The 2019 LMA categories are Best Album, Best Alternative Act, Best Band, Best Classical Artist, Best Collaboration, Best Dance Track, Best DJ, Best International Success, Best Live Act, Best Metal Band, Best Music Video, Best Pop Act, Best Producer, Best Solo Artist, Best Song, Best Upcoming Female Artist, Best Upcoming Malte Artist, Best Urban/Hip Hop Act and The Lifetime Achievement Award. We’ll also be giving out a Best Performance Of The Night… because yes, we’re going to have some big names taking to the stage on the night!

Submitting your nominations couldn’t be easier…

Just choose the category you want your candidate to be nominated for, fill out the details and let us know why they deserve an award. You can nominate in as many categories as you like, so show us your musical knowledge and let us know who’s been making moves on the island recently.

With so much happening in Malta’s music scene, it can be tough to decide who deserves what,  but we know you’ll make the right choice.

Nominations close on Friday 13th September. After that, the fate of your favourite musical artist will be sealed. That is, until voting starts on the final nominees in every category.

Rest assured that winning an LMA is no easy feat, and with so many nominations flooding in, we’re limiting it to six final nominees per category.

That means competition is going to be tough, so you better get nominating and telling us why you think your favourite act deserves the top prize!
