Young Man Dies While Working On His Apartment In Tarxien
A 23-year-old man has unfortunately passed away while doing some work on his property in Tarxien.
Police were informed of the incident in Triq il-Witja yesterday at around 5pm.
Upon initial investigations, they discovered that the man, a Tarxien resident, was doing some work on his apartment when he suffered injuries to his head.
The victim was aided by a medical team and members of the Civil Protection Department before he was taken to Mater Dei by ambulance.
Unfortunately, he was certified dead shortly after.
Magistrate Philip Galea Farrugia appointed an inquity while police investigations are still ongoing to establish the dynamics of the incident.
