The Most Savage Thing Found On Malta’s Street View So Far

Article Featured Image

A would-be romantic gesture in Xagħra appears to have turned sour as Google Street View captures one of the most savage rejections we’ve seen in a while. Moving away from the standard ‘getting down on one knee’ to propose, one individual spray-painted the magical question on a few large stone slabs above Ramla Bay.

The message was received loud and clear: Will You Marry Me? Yes/No.

Will You
Marry Me

The answer itself was also rather clear, some might say painfully so.

No
No

Awkward…

We have no way of knowing whether the original would-be fiance was the one to savagely reject the gesture, but even if they weren’t it does raise a few questions. The most pressing one being: who on Earth used discarded limestone blocks as the medium to convey one of the most important messages of their life?

We hope everyone involved is happy with their current relationship status, and even happier with their immortalised Google fame. If you have any more amazing shots from Google Street View, send them to us on Facebook, or [email protected]
