Chef Nicole Pisani is Coming Back to Malta

Better hurry though, 'Salt, Butter, Bones' is only here for 3 days!

Chef Nicole

Internationally acclaimed Chef Nicole Pisani has finally set her sights back on her homeland. Flying down to Malta for an exclusive 3 day event at the Malta Experience, in Valletta, overlooking the Grand Harbour, Chef Nicole's Salt, Butter, Bones is set to be an event no food lover should miss.

Nicole Pisani ran Snoopy’s in Sliema with her sister Thea before travelling to London. She worked in Anna Hansen’s acclaimed restaurant 'The Modern Pantry' and then rose through the ranks to run the kitchen at Yotam Ottolenghi’s Soho restaurant 'NOPI'. But, ditching the glitz and glam of fancy restaurant life, Nicole now works on making healthier (and tastier) school dinners for children in London. In 2015 she also puiblished a cookbook called "Magic Soup", which featured some favourite recipes from Malta including Soppa Tal-Armla.

Salt, Butter, Bones will run from the 3rd to the 5th of June, and give 60 lucky guests each day the opportunity to try out Chef Nicole's Feast of Seven Fishes. Be sure to check the event's Facebook page, or email on to place your reservation, and avoid disappointment.
