Taking place on Sunday 17th August, the Filfla–Grand Harbour Day Cruise sets off from Sliema Ferries at 10am, cruising past Malta’s rugged southern coastline with a view of the mysterious islet of Filfla, once a corsair hideout and military bombing target, now a protected wildlife sanctuary.
From there, the boat will head towards the Grand Harbour, a natural fortress steeped in millennia of history.
But it’s not all about history, passengers will also get the chance to cool off with a refreshing dip in the crystal-clear waters of Il-Ħofriet before heading back to Sliema at 5pm.
Snacks and drinks will be available on board throughout the day.
