Get Ready For A Festive First: ‘Together For Others’ Charity Fun Run And Swim
Looking for a fun and meaningful way to kick off the festive season? The first-ever Together For Others charity fun run and swim is here, and it’s shaping up to be an event for everyone.
Whether you’re a dedicated runner, a keen swimmer, or someone who just loves a good coffee by the sea, this event promises a day of activity, inclusivity and giving back.
What’s Happening?
This brand-new event welcomes participants of all abilities to join in however they choose—run, walk, swim, or simply cheer from the sidelines. Taking place in a picturesque Mellieħa Bay, it’s a chance to enjoy the great outdoors while raising funds for charities focused on this year’s theme: food security.
Run or Walk:
Choose between a 5km or 10km trail route and go at your own pace—whether you’re chasing a personal best or simply enjoying the fresh air.
Swim:
Take a dip! Swim distances and routes will be announced soon, so stay tuned.
Family-Friendly Fun:
Not into running or swimming? No problem! Stick around for the post-event meal on the beach, sponsored by Costa del Sol, with proceeds going to charity. It’s a perfect way to unwind, socialise and enjoy some festive cheer.
Who Benefits?
Proceeds from the event will support local charities tackling food insecurity: Plan International, Victory Kitchen and Foodbank Lifeline Foundation.
The event is open to everyone. Organisers are committed to making it as accessible as possible. This is more than a run or swim—it’s a chance to come together, spread holiday cheer and make a real difference for those in need.
Knowing your €15 entry fee and any additional donations go directly to charity is the perfect motivation to get involved.
