Santa’s Got Competition: Join Lovin Milied For A Merry Mission Of Giving This Year
It’s that time of the year again – Lovin Malta is rolling out the red (and green) carpet for our favourite holiday tradition – the Lovin Milied Christmas Challenge!
Now in its seventh sparkling year, we’re inviting you, your family, and your friends to join this festive fun. It’s not just about giving; it’s about enjoying the season of joy together with those less fortunate than us.
What’s Lovin Milied All About?
Think of Lovin Milied as your Christmas Challenge, and your good deed for the month. We have six different types of boxes you can fill up and donate.
It’s like preparing a secret Santa gift, but for someone out there who could really use a smile this season.
Pick Your Box, Pack Your Love
- Mother & Baby Box: For all the amazing moms and their little ones. Pack a muslin, some talcum powder, baby wipes, scented soap for mum, a cute Christmas decoration, and a sweet Christmas-themed chocolate treat
- Kids Box (3-10 years): Imagine the joy of a little one finding a soft toy, a fun present like a yoyo or toy dinosaur, creativity gifts like crayons or sticker books, a Christmas decoration, and, of course, a chocolate treat.
- Teen Unisex Box (11-16 years): For the cool teens, pack some earphones or a trendy tote bag, toiletries, school supplies, warm socks, a Christmas decoration, and a chocolate treat.
- Elderly Citizen Box: Show some love to our elders with a cosy lap blanket, warm slippers or a hot water bottle, toiletries, a heartfelt Christmas card, a festive decoration, and a chocolate treat.
- Care Package: This box is all about essentials – think pasta, rice, canned food, cereal, tea or coffee, biscuits, toothpaste, and soap.
- Doggie or Cat Treat Box: Let’s not forget our furry friends! Pack some wet and dry food, treats, blankets, and a chew toy.
Make It a Party!
Why not make packing these boxes a pre-Christmas party with your family and friends? Get the kids involved, have your friends over, or make it a team activity at work or school. It’s a great way to have fun and do good at the same time.
Anyone can do it!
Just pick a box type (or several!), gather the items on the list, and drop them off at your point of choice.
Once again Atlas Insurance has opened its doors to Lovin Milied (literally!) and you can choose any of their branches across Malta to drop off your boxes.
You are also welcome to bring them to the Lovin Malta offices in Burmarrad as well as the Vibe studio in Santa Venera.
The Big Day – 18th December
Don’t forget, the last day to drop off your boxes is Monday, 18th December. This gives us just enough time to play Santa and get these gifts where they need to go, thanks to the generous cooperation of Malta Coop.
