Santa’s Last Dance: Mario Morales To End Broadcast As Warehouse Announces Closing Down Sale
Bargains Teleshopping will be going off air by the end of the year as teleshopping guru Mario Morales resigned back in June.
The company is known for selling Christmas decorations during summer in preparation for the upcoming festivities with Mario’s signature charm making him one of Malta’s tv icons.
Bargains Teleshopping has been on our screens for more than two decades as viewers tuned in to see the Malta’s king of teleshopping who was able to sell anything with his charisma.
Morales, who is 74 years old, has been a familiar face for the Maltese public who would tune in to the episodes to view the items on sale.
Meanwhile, Bargains Teleshopping’s iconic warehouse in Qormi has also announced a closing down sale.
In an interview with Times of Malta, Mario said that he believes that his voice is what helped to draw viewers in.
“Words come easy to me,” Morales said while going into detail what he believed helped him succeed.
“Some people are terrified of giving an interview, for example, but I can talk for ages,” Mario added in his statement.
Mario also participated in Malta’s Got Talent in 2020 where he showed off his talents for marketing on stage and also surprised everyone with his singing skills which got him to the Semi Final as well.
Bargains Teleshopping will be airing more episodes until the end of the year, as Morales already recorded enough to last until then.
