Watch: Henry Galea To Design This Year’s Valletta Christmas Tree
Renowned SFX artist and content creator Henry Galea has just announced that he’s been chosen to design this year’s official Valletta Christmas tree, thanks to the Valletta Cultural Agency and Jason Micallef.
In an Instagram story, Henry said he “still can’t believe it,” adding that thousands of fans had suggested he take on the role after his extravagant viral Christmas tree last year.

While keeping details under wraps, he teased that the 2025 tree will combine his bold, macabre aesthetic with traditional Maltese festive flair, saying:
“I think this Christmas we need to strengthen that Maltese energy.”
Safe to say, this year’s tree is shaping up to be unforgettable.
