Gozo Dance Students Shine On World Stage At Dance World Cup In Spain

Twelve talented dancers from The Turning Pointe Dance Theatre in Nadur, Gozo have just returned from Burgos, Spain, where they proudly represented Team Malta at the Dance World Cup, the biggest all-genre dance competition on the planet.
Taking the World Stage alongside 120,000 dancers from 51 countries and over 800 schools, these young Gozitan performers truly made their mark. Their journey to the finals was no fluke, it was the result of years of dedication, passion, and hard work.

Accompanied by two of their dance teachers, the students performed with pride and precision, putting both Gozo and The Turning Pointe Dance Theatre in the international spotlight.
But it wasn’t just about competing, while in Spain, the dancers also attended exclusive workshops with dance legends like Abby Lee Miller and Dane Bates, pushing their skills even further among some of the best in the business.
