Maltese Race Car Driver Zach Zammit Wins First In Class In Prestigious British Hillclimb Championship
Local race car driver Zach Zammit recently participated and won his class in the British Hillclimb Championship, which is the highest level of hillclimbs in the UK.
And while he placed seventh in the runoffs, he did reach a personal best time of 24.22
A mere two months ago, Zammit also placed first in his class as well as both run offs and claimed the fastest time of the day at the Loton Park Hill Climb in the UK.
The Shelsley Walsh is the oldest motorsport venue in the world still to run events on the original course. From the beginning, Shelsley Walsh has organised a variety of events spread over many disciplines from sprints to sporting trials.
A big well done to Zach Zammit for his recent achievements!
