Malta’s Highly Anticipated Fireworks Festival Set To Return In April
The 2024 Malta International Fireworks Festival is set to return on 20th April, lasting till the 30th.
A special pre-festival night is scheduled for 13th April at the Granaries in Floriana. The festival pays homage to centuries-old customs integral to local festivities. This year the locations include Valletta, Marsaxlokk, Nadur and Mellieħa, with the grand finale at the Grand Harbour.
Various localities in Malta will compete for awards based on creativity, colour, music synchronisation and technique.
From mechanical ground fireworks displays to showcases in harbours, traditional village festivals with local band marches and delectable Maltese cuisine, the festival offers an array of experiences for all ages.
