FURIES COLLECTIVE Debut With ‘Radical And Intimate’ Screening Of ‘One Extended Meditation’
Introducing ‘FURIES COLLECTIVE’, the latest addition to the radical art scene in London.
For their official debut, the FURIES took over the Copeland Gallery, with a thought provoking project that “underlined the affective nature of the impulse of creation.”
The group consists of nine female and non-binary artists: Margot Wilson, Sara Emil Christova, Maria Helena Toscano, ATHENA Mothership, Elinor Henry, Suni Mullen, Lujane Pagganwala, Amanda Cornish, and Malta’s own Hannah Dowling, who curated the entire event.

The exhibition is described as “radical and intimate”, showcasing experimental meditative practices, performance, and theatrical improvisation.
The FURIES, in front of a large audience including special guest artists, also brought forward a special screening of a collaborative film with director SungHoon Song, titled “ONE EXTENDED MEDITATION.”
The exhibition is still ongoing and has until 20th October, so if you’re in the vicinity of Copeland Park, don’t miss the collective’s mission to “raise, stir and excite.”
