Maltese Rebirth Design Studio Shines At International Property Awards In UK
Maltese design company Rebirth Design Studio brought home two prestigious awards from the International Property Awards in London last month, including one for its innovative local project titled ‘Timelessness.’
The Maltese studio bagged a prestigious award in the ‘Residential Interior Apartment for Malta’ category, for its work on ‘Timelessness.’ Further showing the project’s outstanding quality, Rebirth Design Studio also earned a five-star award at a Gala night following the main event.
Industry experts and co-founders of the design studio, Architect Paul Cuschieri and Malcolm Abela Sciberras, accepted the awards during the IPAX Networking Event and Gala Dinner on 27th June .
Cuschieri described the event as a ‘highly rewarding experience,’
“We had the opportunity to meet many people in the industry from across Europe, exchanging views on the market, how it is evolving, and learning from each other’s knowledge and experience. For us, winning such an award was, first and foremost, recognition for the hard work we put into our projects.”
Rebirth Design Studio was initially nominated by Banju Boutique. As part of the selection process, the studio prepared a presentation and booklet on the ‘Timelessness’ project.
The project revolved around redesigning a newly constructed apartment in Malta to align with the homeowner’s needs and vision.
Merging contemporary design with classical appeal, the team created an inspiring living space featuring an open plan layout and a soft colour palette with natural finishes, and complementing the design with high-end pieces such as a striking dining table from Timothy Oulton.
