Dr. Omar Kassab recently graduated as a medical doctor, but his path wasn’t at all typical.

While studying one of Malta’s hardest university courses, Omar was working in construction. This meant “early mornings, long days and sleepless nice”.

“I’ve stood in safety shoes (not at all comfortable) and I now I stand in scrubs. What I built with my hands back then laid the foundation for what I build now: trust, care and making a difference,” Kassab wrote social media.
