Trusted Tutors are looking for a diverse group of people, to work with students who need help in a wide range of subjects. Are you great at languages? Have a flair for science and mathematics? Do you love graphic design and technical drawing or maybe you love to delve deep into the philosophical and psychological aspects of the human condition. This is your opportunity to share your passion and make some money as you do it.

Every student has different needs and Trusted Tutors makes a point of matching students and tutors with similar requirements. If you only have a couple of extra hours during the week then they will match you with a student who is looking for just that. If you are willing and able to tutor daily, then you will be paired with students who are looking for more intensive learning.

There are no predetermined hours, subjects or classes sizes, everything is tailored around the needs of the student and the availability of the tutor. Tutors do not have to be trained teachers. What you need is a passion for the subject, and the ability to transfer that knowledge to someone else.

Educational levels for the students varies from O and A level standard up to University. Lesson plans are tailor made meaning some students prefer to only do revision of past papers, whereas others might want to focus on specific topics within a subject or get more practice with certain concepts and formulas. All of this is taken into account, and tutors are matched with students that fall within their remit of knowledge and experience, to guarantee they are able to help the students reach their goals.

Trusted Tutors will also provide you with all the support you need. Teaching resources and materials, syllabus, curriculum and any study guidelines will be given to you with your assigned student. Your job is to help your student focus on the areas that need improving, and work together to gain proficiency in that area of study.

Tutoring sessions are usually on a one-to-one basis so that you can truly understand the best way to teach your student based on their personal learning style. Tailoring every step of the process, tutors will be guided as to how to best apply their methods to the student’s needs.
