Holy hell! Foodie places in Malta are popping up more than pimples on a teen. Not only that, but the hip vegan movement is kinda going viral.
It’s hard to keep up. Actually, it isn’t, because that’s what we live for.
Let’s give you the scoop on Marsascala’s latest joint, Foam and Fork.
Two friends had a dream and wanted to share their dream with us. Why the name?
Well, the foam part comes from one of their biggest passions… and selling points. The place will be offering speciality roasted coffee and 12 types of premium vegan milk. Yes, you read that right. 12 types. Of different. Vegan milk.
They’ll also be serving a dozen different international craft beers and five sour cocktails, just to help make you foam at the mouth a bit more!
The fork part of the name highlights fresh, locally-sourced homemade food that vegans would love. These come in the form of breakfast, wraps, salads, European tapas and desserts.
For their soft opening tomorrow evening, Foam & Fork are promising some very special deals
“We would like you all to try our magic”, the owner-friends told followers on Facebook ahead of tomorrow’s launch of a concept they call “designed for vegans by adapted by all”.
To celebrate in style, they’ll be offering 50% off on all the tapas from 6pm onwards, every single day up till February 24th. “Tapas will include allergen free, vegan and other interesting stuff items which we would like to present,” Foam & Fork explained.
