Unveiled late last night, the burger will feature on today’s special lunch menu, and it’s set to be another roaring success for the small hilltop bakery that’s been going viral for all the delicious reasons.

I mean, chicken burgers are already incredible enough, but to add that gloriously Maltese touch of galletti in there will only make this burger a billion times tastier. And that’s a scientific guarantee.

This latest special comes just days after Baked celebrated its one-year anniversary, and it sure looks like Msida is the place to be this year for foodies.

“2020 is the year,” Fran Farrugia, the brains (and talented hands) behind Baked, told Lovin Malta. “Look out for even more specials rolling out soon!”

If you can’t make it today and are feeling pretty devastated, it looks like hope is just around the corner

“The feedback has been phenomenal,” Fran continued. “To be honest, we’ve been getting so many requests, that we might just extend this special burger to Saturday!”

In other words; don’t despair if you absolutely can’t add the galletti crusted chick katsu burger to your lunch plans today. But no matter what, you probably should try anyway.
