4,200 Maltese Ftajjar Prepared By 11-Year-Old Cancer Survivor For Puttinu Cares
11-year-old cancer survivor Luca Piccione prepared an impressive and delicious 4,200 Maltese ftajjar to raise funds for Puttinu Cares.
Luca wasn’t alone in this charitable endeavour, being assisted by his parents and 70 volunteers, including parents of children undergoing treatment for cancer.
The group was up working since midnight.
“Tired but with a glowing smile on their faces, this family is delighted and honoured to help others,” Puttinu told Lovin Malta.
Luca, Roberta, and Raymond Piccione will also be helping out during the Puttinu telethon being held on Good Friday.
