Aubergines are life. We don’t care whether they’re fried, roasted, baked, steamed or grilled, we just want to eat them! Plus it makes us feel super healthy.

It’s aubergine season in Malta and now there’s even more reason to stuff our faces full of dishes that have aubergine as the superstar (and not as a side)!

A lot of people don’t like aubergine so let us convert you. Here’s where you can find really tasty ones around the island.
