A Carbonara Pancake Has Just Landed In St Julian’s And We Don’t Really Know What To Say
Pancake purists, look away!
Shoreditch Bar & Kitchen are being real extra for Shrove Tuesday today and have decided to one-up their own legendary pancake history by rolling out the ‘CARB-ONARA’ pancake, which they announced last night on a Facebook post.
We don’t really know what to say about it.
We’re big fans of the whole “Don’t knock it till you’ve tried it” concept though, so we’re going to go ahead and leave this photo right here.
The Frankenpancake contains pecorino cheese, pancetta, parmeggiano, Hollandaise sauce, fresh pepper and a pipette with truffle sauce.
Shoreditch will only be serving pancakes today (savoury and sweet), and the carbonara pancake is also only available today from morning till closing time.
