Palazzo Castelletti is making the most of its six-month collaboration with celebrity chef Helfred Van Malkenhorst with a Dining In The Dark Experience in its cellars tonight.

“Dining in absolute darkness will change your perspective of the world by inverting your point of view,” said the organizers. “It is a sensory experience that awakens your senses and enables you to re-evaluate your perception. You will discover a sensory journey, a human exchange and a social conviviality.”

The dinner will consist of a four course meal prepared by San Andrea Head Chef Chris Ellul and, of course, Helfred van Malkenhorst himself. 

10% of the sales will be donated to the Malta Society of the Blind, and the event will also be presenting George Attard on flute and Chali Grima on the beautifully eerie medieval instrument, the Dulcimer.
