Veal is overshadowed by its older beef counterpart and we think that a good veal cut is equally delicious.
The only difference between veal and beef is the age of the cattle. However veal’s meat is a tad more tender and the colour is usually yellow or pink as opposed to red.

1. Brass & Knuckle, Naxxar
Brass & Knuckle don’t mess around when it comes to meat. Here you’ll find Dutch milk-fed veal. They offer it in different cuts such as T-Bone, fillet, a cutlet, escalope or in liver form.

A decadent veal ‘chateaux’ served with sweetbreads, garlic and anchovy.

The veal offering comes in the form of a huge T-bone steak!
