After Burgers Ink, Daniel Grech Announces Next Valletta Venture: A Live Meat Rotisserie Inside Is-Suq Tal-Belt

Just weeks after launching Burgers Ink, a trendy burger and pancake parlour on the outdoor porch of Is-Suq tal-Belt, Daniel Grech has announced his next restaurant venture… and it’s literally next door.
Boston Grill is set to be the newest eatery inside Valletta’s Is-Suq tal-Belt, with a strong focus on marinated and fresh meats – and it opens next week.
“Boston Grill is going to be a live rotisserie, with different kinds of meat done fresh daily,” said Daniel Grech ahead of the restaurant’s opening.
“We will have everything from duck to lamb to pork, whole fillets, whole rack of ribs, and turkey – and they’ll all be smothered in our secret spices and herbs and different butters,” he said.
Boston Grill will let customers choose their preferred cut straight from the rotisserie
“The customer will then choose what he likes, and we will cut it fresh on a carving table,” he said.

They’ll also be offering all your favourite sides to go with the meats
You can expect sides to cover everything from freshly mashed potatoes, local-style patata l-forn, gravy, local bread, corn bread, or coleslaw.
Chef Daniel has released some teaser footage of the rotisserie in action
