The new kid on the Birkirkara block is every carnivore’s dream, and only the crème de la crème of meats holds centre stage here. What they all have in common is that every dish is home-smoked for a very long time to deepen the tastes and soften the textures.
An authentic smokehouse offering up marvellous meats all day long, Pit Master officially launched on November 5th, but has already been making waves online.
Their long-ass menu will make you feel like a kid in a candy store. Think briskets, ribs, pastramis, chicken wings, hot dogs, huge burgers… I’m getting so hungry just thinking about it.
And you know what we can guarantee? That the bone-in dishes have a more meat-to-bone ratio and you can always expect super authentic flavours.
Word of advice? Bring elasticated pants!
