‘Asian Tapas’ At Soon-To-Open Restaurant In Valletta Already Look To Die For
Valletta is all set to host the latest cuisine craze in Malta as the first week of October will see YUGTO open its doors for the first time… and it’s promising asian tapas. We. Cannot. Wait.
With winter approaching, YUGTO told Lovin Malta that they also plan on serving up a special Ramen soup for the colder season, which will also be included in what they describe as their “Asian sharing concept”.
“Our focus will be on this, and pairing with beer and wine,” the folks from YUGTO said. “Last but not least, we’ll also be offering some tasty cocktails!”
YUGTO claim to have mastered the many ways dim sum can be served, and say they can offer the Asian delicacy in any shape or form; steamed, baked, grilled, or pan-fried.
They’ve been teasing some of their plates over the last couple of weeks, and it all looks divine. Dishes include bulgogi barbecued beef short ribs, thai red duck curry with jasmine rice and duck buns, and they’re all positively mouthwatering. They’ve also hinted at some of the drinks on offer, which include some of the most popular craft beers around the island.
YUGTO is set to launch on the first week of October and will be located on Old Theatre Street.
