Chef Letizia Completes Two-Week Adventure At Copenhagen’s Alchemist
Chef Letizia has just finished a two-week stage experience at Alchemist restaurant in Copenhagen, Denmark.
“So grateful for the opportunity to learn and grow alongside some of the most passionate, creative, and driven chefs I’ve ever met. Huge thank you to the entire team for welcoming me with open arms — your energy is unmatched,” wrote Letizia. “And Chef Rasmus… what a legend. Unbelievably friendly, outgoing, down-to-earth, and truly inspiring. Honoured to have shared this space with you all.”
The restaurant currently holds two Michelin stars and offers a variety for adventurous foodies who want to open their pallets to a different experience. The different experiences include wine pairing menus, non-alcoholic beverage pairing, combined pairing and exhibita pairing.
A unique restaurant destination, Alchemist offers holistic dining which “draws upon elements from the world of gastronomy, theatre and art, as well as science, technology and design, in order to create an all-encompassing and dramaturgically driven sensory experience.”
