‘El Traco Ta’ Malta’: All Your Mexican-Flavoured Dreams Are About To Be Satisfied By The Island’s Newest Food Truck
Mexican food is, both objectively and subjectively, the best food in the world – and now, Malta’s got a whole new food truck churning out some of the real deal.
El Traco is promising the freshest Mexican/Californian-style food cooked daily from their brand spanking new food truck. Having just launched recently, El Traco has so far been spotted opposite Burger King in Sliema Ferries, and is set make Taco Tuesdays an actual thing… which it should be.
They’ll be serving their unique Cali-inspired takes on tacos, meaning the tacos are flour-based, not corn-based
And you can expect all your favourite fillings, from pulled pork to chilli con carne, and even crispy prawn and vegan-friendly tofu.
You can also grab some of some classic sides, such as some fully-loaded nachos or the street-favourite elote
