Sphinx Pastizzeria launched their new Maltese sausage, sundried tomatoes and ġbejna pastizzi today… and it sold out at every outlet!
The guys over at Sphinx were chuffed by the feedback they received on the first day of the official launch of the new pastizz…and they’re ready to get right back at it.
‘We had an amazing response, every outlet sold out…we continue tomorrow!’ said Vinu Muscat, co-owner of Sphinx Pastizzeria in a text to Lovin Malta.
We knew that you loved the new Sphinx pastizzi (after all you voted for it) but we didn’t expect it to sell it so quickly!
If you haven’t had a chance to try out this new summer flavour, don’t worry, they’ll be back tomorrow and every day until the end of August.
And they’ll be available in every Sphinx and Champ pastizzeria around the Maltese islands.
Make sure you get there early so you don’t miss out on Malta’s pastizz of the summer!
