Fat Louie’s Just Revealed A Delicious Maltese Twist To A Classic Dish

Less than a year after Fat Louie’s finally opened its doors, co-founder Tommy Diacono posted a photo that proved to be a dream come true for every meat-lovering, beer-drinking patron.

Enter beer-can-smoked chicken. Sometimes referred to as beer-butt chicken, the concept is simple enough: grab a whole chicken, stuff a beer can up inside it and move it over wood chips of your choice to smoke away for the rest of the day. The result is a mouthwatering meal to rival next Christmas’ roast.

But why use any old generic beer when you can have a Cisk? What better way to get in with the locals?
