Here’s Why You Need To Visit The Beer Kitchen Before The Weekend Is Over

When we first heard about the launch of a new restaurant at SkyParks that combines two great loves (beer and beef) we obviously got excited.

And now that we’ve tried Beer Kitchen we can confirm that it easily lives up to the hype.

1. Their selection of beers is unsurprisingly vast

And their menu provides a handy numbered guide to pair beer with your food choice.

2. Their starters are unique and tasty

The crusted pork cheek fritters and beef cheek steamed buns are everything.

3. The space is really cool

The menus read like newspapers and the bar’s setup is comfortable and modern. The noise levels can get a bit much at times, and (probably as a result of barely being open for two weeks) the service a bit slow.

That being said, all the staff were very friendly.

5. The mains are delicious

Rabbit burgers, racks of ribs, chicken, schnitzel – you name it, they’ve got it.

Their shoestring fries are basically just regular chips, so when ordering convince at least one person to try the mash because it’s so fluffy. Also, consider swapping out the fries for roast potatoes because they were so tasty.

It will probably pay you to book ahead, although they’ve barely scraped the two-week mark they’re very much in demand. You can find out everything you need through their Facebook page.
