The EAT food truck, located on Triq Mistrah Għonoq in Mosta, uploaded this video yesterday of their mouthwatering pork and beef sausage topped with a layer of raclette cheese, crispy onions, and chipotle mayo.
The hot dog is prepared before a layer of steaming hot raclette cheese is placed on top leaving the cheese to melt into and around the bun.
It doesn’t matter that I’m lactose intolerant, and it doesn’t matter that I just had lunch, because nothing is going to stop me from getting my hands on one of those dogs.
