Hyatt Regency Malta Hosts Exclusive Media Dinner to Introduce Culinary Vision at Seed

Hyatt Regency Malta welcomed members of the media to an exclusive dinner held at Seed, the hotel’s signature restaurant, celebrating its innovative culinary direction centred on seasonality and the finest local ingredients.
The evening served as an opportunity for the guests to engage directly with the Hyatt Regency Malta team and experience firsthand the exciting direction in which Seed is heading.
Guests were treated to a multi-course tasting experience that showcased the restaurant’s new seasonal menu, designed by Chef Gianni to highlight local ingredients and innovative flavours. Each course was introduced personally by the chef, providing insight into the creative and technical approach behind each dish.
