If You Are Serious About Good Food Then You Need A Seat At Le Cordon Bleu’s One-Night-Only Experience

Malta has some mighty fine places to eat some truly spectacular delights. But any foodie worth their weight in Himalayan pink salt would be mad to miss Le Cordon Bleu’s one-night-only wine-paired menu.

Two of the foremost chefs to come out of Le Cordon Bleu Academy – Chef Eric Bédiat and Chef Chris Hammett – will be presenting their carefully made-for-Malta four-course menu at an exclusive dinner at the impeccable Sheer Bastion on Wednesday 30th May at 19:00. 

Chefs

The menu will be unlike anything you’ve ever had before, with the perfect wine chosen to complement each course

Lobster White

First course

Mushrooms and parsley croquette, sweet red pepper emulsion

Prosecco Vino Dei Poeti Millesimato Bottega, Veneto, Italy 

Second course

Green asparagus, aubergines caviar, riquette, socca, black olives crumbs

Falanghina del Sannio DOC, Feudi di San Gregorio, Campania, Italy
Int Recipe 6

Third course

Roasted seabream fillet contise au chorizo, green peas puree, confit saffron potatoes, sauce vierge

Côtes de Provence Rosé “Les Oliviers”, Château de Berne, Provence, France   

Fourth course

Entremet strawberry chocolate, mascarpone, and Cointreau iced sabayon

Sauternes Lafleur Mallet, Cheval Quancard, Bordeaux, France

There are only a limited number of tickets, so best book fast if a stellar meal is your kind of thing

Tickets are available at 55 Euros per person (including 1 glass of Prosecco on arrival, a four-course meal including soft drinks), with an additional 20 Euros wine pairing available (wines will be selected by Matthieu Longuere MS, Le Cordon Bleu London Wine Development Manager). Payment directly on the evening for the wine pairing.
