We’re not sure if that’s an actual sentence, but we certainly agree. This is a video worth watching, and not just for the enticing pizza recipe.

This cute Italian chef just so happens to be Jamie Oliver’s mentor and inspiration. And he fucking loves cooking pizza. 

He clearly also really loves Gozo, which is where he chose to film his gorgeous pizza recipe while telling us all about it in his delightfully eclectic accent.

The best bit? His absolute love of Gozitan olive oil! Too cute.
