Limited Edition Black-Bean Chilli Vegan Burger Launches At Valletta’s Burgers.Ink

As more and more restaurants figure out how to serve the growing population of vegetarians and vegans in Malta, one of Valletta’s popular burger joints, Burgers.Ink, has just rolled out a totally new, totally vegan patty – and you can even get it on a gluten-free bun.

To get your hands on the new Vegan Burger, first choose from Burgers.Ink’s signature black-seed buns or the aforementioned gluten-free buns. The rest of the burger can sort itself out, and is made up from an in-house-made black bean chilli pate’, pesto, a vege-potato patty, mushrooms, vegan cheese, crispy onion and topped with rucola.

“We like to make everyone happy so we added a new vegan burger,” Burgers.Ink said following the announcement.

The vegan burger will only be available for two months as part of a limited edition test run

However, judging from the positive response the burger is already receiving online, could we be seeing the Vegan Burger become a more permanent fixture on the menu in the future?
