Being from the Maltese islands, Giovann is well-versed in the ways of Sicilian-inspired cuisine and the passion he puts in his work comes out in the feedback he’s received from top food critics and customers alike.
Under the guidance of celebrated chef Ben Tish, Giovann and his Norma staff have managed to carve their way into the London foodie scene since opening their doors in September, and it’s not only their food that has turned heads in the capital.
