Malta Airport Opens New 24//7 Cafeteria At Arrivals Hall Serving Traditional Maltese Snacks
A new cafeteria has opened at the arrivals hall of the Malta International Airport and it promises to be open around the clock.
The airport’s website describes Tat-Te as a cafeteria serving traditional Maltese snacks such as pastizzi and ftajjar. It will be open 24/7, which will come as a welcome relief for travellers arriving in Malta on a late-night flight or those sleeping at the airport ahead of an early-morning departure.
It is the latest addition to Malta’s airport, which has revamped its culinary offerings in recent months, including the installation of a new food court. MIA plans to invest €175 million over the next five years, including an expansion of the terminal and the customs area, a new walkway, and two new Food Court outlets.
