Malta Is About To Get Its Very First Exclusively Vietnamese Takeout Joint In The Heart Of Santa Venera

One of Malta’s top street food vendors is setting up shop in what could very well be the island’s first exclusive Vietnamese takeaway.

Known for its delectable, mouthwatering and well-priced dishes, Banh Mi has become a local favourite for Asian and Vietnamese cuisine. Now, instead of having to make your way to the iconic food truck in order to get your helping of steamed bao buns, you can order them straight to your door.

The Vietnamese food truck took to Facebook to announce its plans to expand and we couldn’t be more excited…

“The time has finally come, Banh Mi is opening our first takeaway & delivery at 16 Kukkanja, Santa Venera,” the Facebook post read.

Banh Mi’s grand opening tomorrow couldn’t have come at a better time.

Malta will lift its public health emergency this Wednesday in light of COVID-19. That means the reopening of its airports, the allowance of mass gatherings and plenty of trips to Banh Mi for some delicious Vietnamese dishes!

In addition to its take out shop, Banh Mi also announced that it will be adding more exciting items to its menu and, given its track record so far, we’re sure they’re going to be a hit.

Banh Mi’s takeout shop will open from Monday to Friday from 11am to 2.30pm.
