Malta’s First Protein Bar PowerPulse Goes Global Through New Partnership With Miller Distributors
PowerPulse, the Malta-made protein bar created by fitness trainer and entrepreneur Dennis Schwienbacher, is set for nationwide expansion and its first international rollout following a new partnership with Miller Distributors.
Starting January, Miller Distributors will deliver PowerPulse products to hundreds of retail outlets across Malta. This will strengthen the brand’s presence in supermarkets, convenience stores, fitness centres and other high frequency locations.
The partnership also marks the start of PowerPulse’s international journey. The bar will debut in 14 stores across four major airports. These are Malta International Airport, Athens International Airport, Thessaloniki International Airport and Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport.
PowerPulse has gained attention for its clean nutritional profile. Each bar contains 17 grams of protein, which is 34 percent of the recommended daily intake, along with only 1.7 grams of sugar and 6.5 grams of fibre. The bar uses polyols rather than added sugar to support its carbohydrate content.
The flagship flavour, CORE 50, blends cookie dough, almond cream, caramel and milk chocolate. Achieving a soft and smooth texture was described by Schwienbacher as a top priority during months of reformulation and testing. That texture has since become one of the brand’s strongest selling points.
Across current outlets, PowerPulse has been outperforming several established international brands. It has become a popular choice among athletes, office workers and anyone looking for a reliable high quality snack on the go.
Schwienbacher described the partnership with Miller as a significant milestone in the brand’s growth.
