Maltese Chef Opens Traditional Stall At International Amsterdam Market

A Maltese-owned stall being operated by @bigboybobbito in Amsterdam’s famous Ten Katemarkt is currently making the rounds on social media.

Bigboybobbito is currently selling sandwiches with a local Maltese twist to them with some dishes named “tan-Nanna” or the “tal-Ħaddiem” sandwiches. The specialty for this week is the Maltese sausage sandwich which he called “Il-Ħanżir”

The Ten Katemarkt is a local market in the heart of Kinkerstraat, one of the busier and more popular merchant streets in Amsterdam and emphasises the city’s unique rich culinary and cultural society.
