Last year, David Vidal represented Malta in the 2017 Best Chef Awards among the top 300 chefs from all over the world.
The Maltese pastry chef who graduated from ITS in Malta in 2003, is now part of the Culinary Team West of Sweden. These guys re currently training to compete in the Worldchefs Culinary World Cup 2018, which will take place in Luxemburg next November.
Vidal is a full-time Sous Chef at Laholmen Hotel in Strömstad, Sweden. had the chance to study his passion all over the world — in Italy, Spain, Israel and Sweden.
