Malta’s fine dining scene is shining brighter than ever after three of the island’s top restaurants, Valletta’s Noni, Mdina’s de Mondion Restaurant, and St. George’s Bay’s ION Harbour, were all given a nod on prestigious international food lists and social media.

French gastronomy guide Le Liste, known as one of the most influential restaurant rankings in the world, has spotlighted the trio for their world-class cuisine, unique concepts, and dedication to excellence. The recognition also comes from the 1000 List, which curates some of the best dining spots across the globe.

This latest shoutout is yet another milestone for Malta’s ever-growing culinary reputation, proving that the island can compete with the very best when it comes to gastronomy.

From Noni’s refined elegance in the heart of Valletta, to de Mondion’s stunning fine dining experience overlooking Mdina’s skyline, and ION Harbour’s modern twist on Mediterranean flavours with breathtaking views of Grand Harbour, each of these restaurants offers something truly special.

Noni was recently featured on their Instagram, while de Mondion and ION Harbour made it onto the 1000 list with scores of 86% and 77% respectively.

With food tourism booming and Malta continuing to punch above its weight in the international dining scene, these recognitions only add fuel to the island’s growing reputation as a must-visit culinary hotspot.
