Meet The Culinary Stars Behind Dine With The Stars 2025: A Michelin-Starred Charity Experience
An extraordinary evening of fine dining and philanthropy is set to take place on 24th March at the Palazzo Parisio Ballroom, where Malta’s Michelin-starred chefs will come together for a one-of-a-kind culinary event in support of The Malta Community Chest Fund Foundation.
Bringing the magic to the table are some of Malta’s most renowned chefs:

- ION Harbour by Simon Rogan – Chef Christian Cali
- Fernandõ Gastrotheque – Chef Hiram Cassar
- The de Mondion Restaurant – Chef Clint Grech
- Under Grain – Chef Victor Borg
- Le GV Rooftop Restaurant – Chefs David Tanti & Andrew Borg
- Noni – Chef Jonathan Brincat

This incredible evening is made possible thanks to the dedication of Alberto Bafumi and Denis Jin Young L., who will bring this vision to life.
Dine With The Stars raised €14,000 in its first year and €22,000 last year—this time, they’re hoping to break records once again in support of a great cause..
Doors will open at 7pm with a champagne reception, followed by an exquisite multi-course dinner, featuring wine pairings, water, and coffee.
