Michelin-Star Chef Taking Over Palazzo Parisio For One Night Only With Unique Twists On Local Delicacies

Attention all local foodies: Michelin-starred chef Paolo Barrale will be in Malta this weekend, working with Palazzo Parisio’s Executive Chef Ciro Salatiello for one very special event at the luxurious Luna restaurant.

Barrale has worked with three-star Michelin chef Heinz Beck at La Pergola and L’altro Mastai in Rome and La Torre del Saracino in Vico Equense for three years. He was awarded a coveted Michelin star in 2004 while working at Marennà in Sorbo Serpico.

Serving local delicacies with a Michelin twist, expect ingredients like locally sourced red prawns, fresh clams and strawberries to feature in Barrale’s dishes… along with more exotic black limes, hibiscus and dried roses.

Priced at €100 per person, the dinner’s courses include crispy octopus, a herb-crusted loin of lamb, and an opulent risotto with claims, provola and black lime. And of course, everything will be expertly paired with Italian wines.

To book your place or find out even more information on the event, either visit Palazzo Parisio’s website, call 2141 2461 (Luna Restaurant Extension: 2) or send an email to [email protected].
