Ta’ Xbiex’s New Indian fusion restaurant Mr Vindalú is opening its doors for the first time this evening, offering a unique and interesting fusion of Indian and Maltese cuisine.

“At Mr Vindalú, we strive to bring the best of both worlds to your plate. Our menu features a wide variety of dishes that showcase the rich and diverse flavours of Indian cuisine, while also incorporating traditional Maltese ingredients and cooking techniques.”

“Our dishes are carefully crafted to create a unique and unforgettable taste that will leave you wanting more.”

Apart from incorporating Maltese staples into Indian dishes, the new restaurant will also be serving Indian classics, such as Chaat. Chaat or chāt is a family of savory snacks that originated in India. It is typically served as an hors d’oeuvre or at roadside tracks from stalls or food carts across South Asia in India, Pakistan, Nepal, and Bangladesh.

They have also adopted a Maltese version with Crispy Kale and Maltese Sausage.

Or how about a Ġbejna Curry?

All the usual traditional Indian dishes are also on offer, from spicy Mr Vindalú Beef Special to calmer Korma; Samosas, and Paneer Makhani.

A variety of gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options to cater to all dietary needs are on offer. Just ask!

Are you going to Mr Vindalù tonight?
