Meat is sourced from all over the world with prime cuts imported from Argentina, Japan, Australia, America, Ireland, Scotland and Uruguay. Milk-fed veal is sourced from Holland while their Rubia Gallega from Spain is considered to be the number one beef in the world. 

The team at Sciacca are very discerning when it comes to their product. Certain criteria such as traceability, ethical rearing standards and assessment certificates from farms or suppliers are required before they agree to purchase, guaranteeing the highest possible grading of meat.

A variety of meat cuts like beef sirloin, fillet, T-Bone, Tomahawks, ribeyes as well as lamb, veal and pork options means there is something for every taste bud and appetite. There is also the option of sharing larger cuts or several smaller ones giving you the chance to sample several things on the menu. 

An amazing array of seafood and fish is also available. Razor clams, prawns, calamari, scallops, Gillardeau oysters, Scottish lobsters and wild catch like sea bass make it hard to choose what to eat. That’s why mixed courses of fish and meat are not only possible, they are encouraged. All display items are individually priced so there are no surprises.
