Fat Louie’s are ramentically sending noods to Paceville by launching their spanking new ramen menu which launches this Tuesday.
Before moving to Malta, I lived in Tokyo for two years and I can tell you right now, this looks legit AF and I have no doubt it’ll transport me back to Tokyo.
The chicken ramen (only available on their lunch menu) consists of roast chicken broth, tare seasoning, slow-cooked egg, egg noodles and pulled chicken.
On their main menu will be pork belly ramen which includes Tonkotsu bone broth, miso seasoning, slow-cooked egg, fresh coriander, udon noodles and of course, slow cooked pork belly. Udon know how excited I am about this.
But that’s not all; there will be unique rotating specials using seasonal fish, a brisket and even an offal version using tongue broth.
Please eat these in the Japanese way – the louder you slurp, the more you show you’re enjoying it.
