St. Julian's Is About To Get A New Tapas Lounge With A Stunning View This Summer
Talk about dining in style
The tapas craze in Malta looks set to carry on for a while longer. A new lounge bar centered around tapas is opening its doors in St. Julian's, at Le Méridien Hotel. This latest project, dubbed Pincho's, will be launching later this month, and it's looking like it's going to be one of those places that features all over your Instagram newsfeed.
Pincho's will serve the famous patatas bravas, Iberico ham and escabeche, a Mediterranean way of preparing local fish with a healthy dose Spanish paprika as marinate. And if that doesn't sound enough to leave you wishing it was opening this weekend instead, they've only just gone and uploaded their entire menu online.
Of course, tapas simply don't work without a good drink in hand, and Pincho's will also have exclusive Spanish wines, cocktails and beers up for sale.
Pincho's will be opening on Level 3 of the St. Julian's hotel, which can only mean one thing; those insane terrace views overlooking Balluta Bay are set to open up some appetites big time.
