Just when we worried the food truck trend in Malta was on the decline, this adorable mint green truck (which is currently stationed in Mrieħel) popped into our lives.
Roots, The Vegetarian Food Truck, serves up a storm every day, with fresh and delicious meals for all their customers.
Posting their daily specials on Facebook, the truck likes to mix things up as often as possible, using seasonal ingredients to constantly innovate new dishes.
“Our philosophy is simple. We will seek out the best local and organically grown produce in Malta and intend to offer simple and flavorful dishes whilst being as environmentally conscious as possible.”
